Comfortable and good location Very helpful host

The booking confirmed a balcony but the property doesn’t have one ☹️ it was one of the reasons I booked it so that was disappointing.

Byli jsme v apartmánu dva a bylo to velmi příjemné. Uvítala nás Marilena a ukázala bydlení, ktere bylo velmi hezke a stylové. Výhled byl na moře, dále do ulice a na náměstí. Parkování bylo jednoduché a dostupné kdykoli. Pro dva to bylo ideální bydlení.

We wanted to be near the sea and walking distance to the Old Town. The flat was quite large - 100 m2 w/ two large rooms. Kitchen & bathroom - a bit worn out, but acceptable.

- From the original Booking advert, I was convinced this was a Palace with multiple rooms. But it is just a single nice room in an old apartment building - i guess referred to as a Palazzo. - the flat needs some upgrade. Old windows etc - Air conditioning helps but water tanks fill up & need to be emptied often - kitchen needs frying pan & a few other tools - would have been nice if there was shampoo, washing detergent - Marilena was quite nice & helpful

The Host was waiting for us to deliver the keys. The location was good. We have enjoyed the clear and wide sea view. At walking distance to centre of the town.

The keys could have been provided in two sets, so that it was easier for us to go out and come back to the place individually. Some of the consumables were not adequate for the duration of our stay, we had to ask for them every time. Pressing Iron was available but there was no pressing board. Some of the utensils including sauce pans and frying pans of low quality and worn out and useless, they have to be discarded and replaced with proper ones. A small safe box was not included in the offer. It could be added for guest convenience.

The location was very central and the apartment was very secure.

Loved everything, a grand little authentic Palermitan palazzo. Fabulous views, and very comfortable.
