Our host Francesca was lovely and her communication was great. The room is nice, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen is shared with one other room but we did not see much of the other guests. There was even a washing machine which was a bonus!

I have nothing negative to say about the property itself. The location is a little far from town as Palermo is very spread out but there is a bus stop about a 5 min walk away.

Francesca was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Kitchen, washing machine is just outside the room. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main road. We took a bus that will then take us to the city centre.

The WiFi connection wasn’t that great. We found that it would disconnect at times, and didn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube because of this.

The best accomadation in Italy that I have been. The room is very spacious and clean. Host is very responsive.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Our stay here was excellent,the host was warmhearted and very kind,the apartment was very clean,and the location was great.It was just the two girl of us and we felt very safe,even coming home late at night.Also the store,and the bus station is very close.

Easy check-in, Francesca was communicative and helpful. The apartment was clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable! Everything was ok, the kitchen is fully equipped. You can find a few supermarkets around the corner, bus stop is 5 minutes walk (to the city centre or to Mondello). Thank you very much!

Room and kitchen was really clean and nice. Wi-Fi was fast and location is 25 minutes by walk to city center. The lady of the house was one of the most nicest persons in my life. Thank you

One small minus is poorly fitted doors in shower so a lot of water come through them.

The host was kind and provide us all the information needed about the room and the situation in Palermo. The room was big with a modern aircondition, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We shared a big kitchen with another room and it was provided a fridge with filtered water, a coffee machine, plates and a washing machine for our clothes. Lastly, the location was near bus stations to get you to the centre or the beach Mondello (or even the airport) and you could also do a 30 minutes walk to the centre. All in all, the place was perfect to stay and we definitelly choosing it again when we visit Palermo again.

There were not any negative aspects, besides the location in night that was a little distanced from the people, so it would be better not to walk alone.
