Great location. Woman who owns it is a gem of a nonna who makes sure you’re all settled before leaving you to your stay. Best part.

Harder to accommodate two in the bathroom and the hot water struggled.

The place is located 5min walk away from the Palace with the Palatine Chapelle, the Cathedrale and many little cafés and street food. The owners are super sweet!

It was minuscule. I am 5 feet 4 (about 165cm) and the environment felt so small! You have to pass under the sink in order to sit on the toilet and the shower is so tiny, with the curtain around it leaves you 1squarefoot to shower. I could hardely wash my feet without being in the curtain it felt a bit gross. And you have hot water for 1.5min literally unfortunately. The appartment itself has pretty much what you need for basics. The stairs to the bed arent the safest. You pay for what you get. Stayed 4 nights but 1 or 2 could have been enough.

Very central location, located near a train station and an important bus station - it is easy to get where you want to got. The tourist destiantions (Cathedral, Palazzo Reale, ...) are also fairly easy to reach on foot within around 5 to 10 minutes.

In Winter the property can be a bit chilly - from my experience, however, this is a general problem in the south of Italy. The AC can be used to heat the room, and it will be warm - but not really all that cozy.

Very good location. The owners are very friendly and prepare to help. Clean apartment.

So glad I organized my trip in Sicily around when this little gem was available! Really enjoyed staying there and would recommend to anyone who’s interested in tiny living!

Lots of mosquitoes in the inner courtyard. Be warned and bring repellent with you!

Room is very well equipped. Small but with everything you need. Host and his mother were very kind and helpful. Ideal choice for your solo trip to Palermo!
