Residence Soleane

The place was really nice and clean. Spacious with big rooms. The person welcoming us was very nice. Good location and quiet area.

The Apartment was in a quiet and secure area (video-surveillance on both the streets and the outside of the premises), which was a plus. The Manager of the Apartments was very kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcomed at the premises.

Unfortunately we had German neighbours which had loud children, but this was a subjective experience and is not due to the apartment itself.

Well maintained, clean and spacious rooms with sea view. Nas, who met us at the property was very helpful. Quiet gated property, decent pool, private parking, amenities like washing machine, microwave, stove, utensils, kettle, coffee machine were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Toilets had shattaf.

The unit provided to us had 3 floors out of which only 1 bedroom had an AC. The living room and top most bedroom had celing fans but the weather was hot when we visited that it was difficult to sleep in the bedroom without AC.

2 km from Flic Flac. And missing aircondition in one of bedrooms.

Everything was great! The apartment, the pool , the location.

it’s spacious and neat and very comfortable.

owner must apply some standards as other rental apartment do. provide couple bottle of water and coffee as complimentary for first day was hard for a foreigner who is not familiar with the city to reach in by midnight and there’s no water nor coffee and also no instructions relevant to any nearby market or instruction on how to order any need. I found it unreasonable not being in the shoe of a guest.
