Kastro Traditional House

The apartment is charming and at a walking distance from all of the town's attractions.

The property is very close to the port, perhaps too close. Depending on the wind and the arrival of ships you will hear the noise of the port operations and at certain times you can smell the exhaust of the ships if you keep the windows open. The view from the room is amazing, however, there is a public terrace separating it from the sea which is right next to the room. This is not ideal for privacy and you can hear people talk if they stay on the terrace day and night.

The location of the property was exceptional, on the sunset lookout and walking distance to cafes and shops. We enjoyed the fact that the house is in the heart of the old town with all its history. Just beautiful & authentic in its layout, Kastro Traditional Home offered the perfect atmosphere for a couple looking for simplicity and the opportunity to immerse themselves in the authentic Greek experience.

The location was perfect with a balcony overlooking the township and our bedroom had a perfect view of the amazing sunsets every night. It was very comfortable.

The electricity went out and it would have been useful to get some information on when or if it was likely to come on - instead we wasted a lot of time waiting for some updates rather than just enjoying the area.

The property was great . Enjoyed the terrace and also the views to the beach. Great communication and felt at home.

Everything was great. The bathroom was a little narrow but we managed.

Location was amazing, 5 min walk from the Ferry. Buses close by. Many lovely restaurants, coffee shops to choose from. Lovely little streets right behind it with lots of lovely shopping Beautiful breeze through the villa. Good bed.

Water pressure in bathroom was poor but likely a town supply issue. Otherwise perfect.

Located within the beautiful town of Parikia with a fantastic view of the sunset through the bedroom window and public terrace behind, this traditional apartment was delightful. The balcony which is off the kitchen is a great place to watch passers-by, enjoy the vista of the old town and port and soak up the Parian life, both traditional and new. Thank you to Giorgios who met us on arrival and responded to every request for assistance immediately. The location is walking distance to the port, bus station, restaurants, old church and museum. Buses allow access to all the beautiful beaches and interesting parts of the island. Overall Paros and this lovely apartment were a perfect combination for an unforgettable holiday.

There wasn’t much to dislike except the low water pressure which is a local problem and did not impact our holiday.
