Bon accueil, studio propre, calme et qui a répondu à nos attentes. Près du centre historique et des restaurants.

Si hubiera más estrellas se las daría! Excelente lugar, muy cuidado, están en todos los detalles! Te ofrecen agua, zumo, café y cookies de bienvenida! Y también una bebida alcohólica riquísima, como un licor o vino. Madre e hija fueron muy cálidas! Hasta tienen sombrilla para prestarte! Muy limpio, lindo y tranquilo! Volveríamos siempre que pudiéramos! Excelente ubicación a una calle de la playa. Te entregan un papel con muchas sugerencias (todas excelentes) recomendamos 100%! Muy felices de habernos hospedado allí!

Struttura curata e accogliente, con tutto ciò che serve. Il servizio è molto buono: ogni giorno pulizia della camera e del bagno, cambio asciugamani e strofinacci. Ci hanno lasciato le capsule per la macchina del caffè (e anche zucchero e panna) due bottiglie di acqua e una di succo, una torta confezionata, una bottiglia di vino dolce locale. Nicky e sua mamma sono delle ottime host, precise, disponibili, educatissime! La posizione è defilata rispetto al traffico e alla folla del centro, quindi tranquillo e con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto sulla strada. Si trova in una laterale del lungomare, lato opposto rispetto al porto e al centro storico, che dista una passeggiatina piacevole di 7/8 minuti costeggiando la spiaggia. Numerosi ristoranti e market nelle immediate vicinanze e la spiaggia a pochi metri. A piedi, oltre alla spiaggia di Livadia, con un percorso tra spiaggia e rocce molto panoramico di circa 2 km si arriva anche a Krios e Marcelo.

Il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma comunque abbastanza funzionale. Qualche appendino in più per gli asciugamani sarebbe top.

100m from the beach and 15 mins to the nearest bus port, this is definitely the nicest accommodation we stayed in in Greece. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived off the ferry (about a 15 minute walk from the port) which was amazing although they did offer us luggage storage if the room had not been ready which is also a great option for those arriving in busier periods / in early morning. Hosts were very friendly and offered complementary room cleaning each day. A complementary bottle of wine and some juice and water were in the fridge. Beds were very big and fit 2 of us with lots of room. Bathroom was very clean and the air con worked very well. There is a small kitchenette which we did not use besides some cutlery and the cups but probably not big enough to cook anything more than a pasta (but this is located so close to restaurants and bars that you wouldn't need to cook food anyways).
