L'appartement est grand, propre dans un quartier calme avec un grand espace extérieur.

Un volet roulant dans une chambre est cassé, donc la pièce reste sans lumière et sans aération. Pas de mode d'emploi de la télé qui est bloquée en langue d'Europe de l'est... Ces deux choses ont été signalées par mail et SMS, mais sans aucune réponse.

Literie confortable. Accès facile.

Séjour en hiver après le passage de la tempête. Appartement froid et humide malgré le chauffage électrique. Du plâtre tombait du plafond de la chambre et le store ne fonctionne pas.
