Sagma calm apartment with amazing sea view

Location, location, location!! Right above the beach with the most amazing view from the balcony. The description of the property tells no lies - it is definitely a little oasis and I love how it’s not in a super crowded area and everything is quite chill. Also, Robert is the best host ever. I’m a crazy person and booked my trip. Exactly a year in advance, and from that time until the end of our trip, he has been nothing but helpful and courteous and attentive. Highly recommended.

No complaints about the property or the host. It’s an absolutely perfect place for 1-2 people. The only thing I would advise is to shop around for a car rental agency - I think we could have gotten a better deal if we had just stuck with a discounted offer via the booking.com app as part of a package, because that way all information would be in one place and you could pay via credit card. You definitely need a rental car if you are staying for more than 1-2 days. The local company we used demanded that we pay the total amount in cash the first day instead of credit card, and we didn’t anticipate needing to bring more cash than what we already brought with us. Whatever you choose, double-check your payment options and I highly recommend paying for the car travel insurance because those hilly, narrow roads are no joke. But we are safe and happy!

Wonderful location and lovely balcony

I bought some groceries and after putting them in the kitchen I noticed that there were ants coming to the food. I put some food in the fridge and the ants even tried getting the fridge.

While there were a couple issues during our stay, Robert was a great communicator and addressed our concerns immediately. The apartment is located just steps from the beach and offers wonderful views throughout the day.

Absolutely fabulous! We rented a car and explored the island. Every time we came home, we expressed that we were in our favourite place of all that we'd seen! Perfect space for two with all amenities. Balcony and bedroom have sea views. The detail of style within, we really appreciated. Everything just thoughtful. We arrived at the end of the season. Many local restaurants closed but local shop and four immediate restaurants open. Others open along the way. For us this was perfect as we loved the quiet and lack of bustle. We imagine in season the place would be heaving with life and fun! We don't feel this would intrude on tranquility of the space. The combination of black sand, sea and the adjoining mountain just created such a symmetry of nature. Harmony. Transfer from the airport via host more expensive than booking.com prebook, but our flight arrived in the evening. The driver knew the exact location and carried bag up for us. On that basis I would recommend if getting in late. Rented our car locally from Ankor. Lita was just so amazing. Great deal (cheaper than booking.com or other sites). She also arranged our transport to the airport on our departure. Recommended to others and they, too, were really happy! It is a place where you leave what you don't use so basics like salt etc. are all there. We left pepper grinder and laundry soap. So pay it forward and make the next guest's stay as enjoyable as ours! It was our 25th anniversary. Oasis Calm made it a special as the years we've spent together ❤️.
