Location, great communication with the host. It is in Limited Traffic Zone but Parking can be found around the Uni- free after 7:30 pm and you can pay from 9am next day only

It was really hot, fans were on but still was boiling. It would be nice to have AC but to be fair it was advertised as no AC, so I can’t really fault it :)

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed while traveling. The apartment is very central located. All major attractions are within a stone throw distance. The apartment is big, well equipped, and stylish with breathtaking views and an amazing layout.Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the furniture is nice. The owner was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in the historical centre of Perugia with amazing view

The apartment is in the restricted traffic area so you have to park eslewhere but it's definitely worth it
