Very flexible at check in and very nice! Also very clean, all in all a pleasant stay

Very spacious, location is great because its really well connected to pescara centre and the airport. Relaxed and calm zone, facilities were clean and sufficient.

I would of liked toiletries provided like face wash, cream and complimentary tooth brush and paste. But overally it was top

Very helpful hosts. The apartment was clean and tidy. Well presented. It had everything there to make us feel comfortable.

The unit itself was spacious with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were clean and shower was of a good size. The apartment isn't near anything noteworthy but comes with free parking. I highly recommend renting a car while visiting so you can easily get around. Overall in line with what we paid. Note: The apartment is in an airport landing path which may annoy some people but I loved watching the planes fly in overhead. There was only a few flights a day though so it won't bother you much.

The host couldn't make it so his mother (Adriana) came and despite me telling her we'd be there for 14:00, she showed up ~20 mins late without any acknowledgement but always answered my Whatsapp messages quickly. They give you enough toilet paper "to get started" but you need to buy more if you need it. We we're told that "they weren't a hotel so don't provide such things" which I found ridiculous as it's such a basic thing to provide guests. Adriana brought more when I asked her though . The listing said there was a coffee machine but it's actually and old style stove top cafeteria. There was a little coffee there but we had to buy our own. Other units do have an automatic machine so perhaps worth asking for if it's important to you. There is a grocery store near by. The last issue was that both the sink and shower easily flooded due to clogged drains. Others have mentioned this as well. I informed Adriana who told me it was going to be fixed the morning we left.

The helpfulness of our host, brought the coffee machine immediately. Everything we need is around the corner even a super nice car wash place.
