No communications to me about check in information. Email and chat on the portal wasn't replied or answered . i only got a sms message after personally rang the office to ask for assistance 1 hour before my flight and 4 hours before i arrived for check-in. Very stressful afternoon.

The instructions to collect the keys were very clear and the keys were easy to access.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, modern. Good communication from hosts. Good location. Quiet building. Good security.

Instructions for using the cooktop would have been helpful and a bathmat.

Clean & location adjacent to the Southern Cross.

Good location and walking distance from the hospital. The apartment had all the basic amenities.

Overall the apartment was clean but there were a couple of hairs on the toilet seat which put me off slightly. I messaged the hosts about putting my bags in a safe location (reception etc) several times but only received a generic reply that was not helpful. I was going to call them but came up with an alternative plan.
