From the very first moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner of the apartment, who personally met us, showed us around, and made us feel right at home. She took the time to explain everything about the apartment and also gave us so many wonderful recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and the best local places to visit. Throughout our entire stay, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed advice. Her hospitality truly went above and beyond our expectations, and it made a huge difference in making our trip special. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect bright, beautifully clean, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and in great working order. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and there was even a really powerful hairdryer, which we appreciated more than we expected! It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in keeping the place in top condition. One of our favorite parts was the balcony the view from there was simply breathtaking. We loved sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sunset. It was peaceful, relaxing, and truly felt like a little slice of paradise. All in all, both the apartment and the host were absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we left with such lovely memories. We would 100% recommend staying here and would love to come back again in the future!

The position was unbeatable! The huge picture windows opening onto a small balcony , perfect to sit in the morning with coffee to watch the world and the splendid views across the Zea Marina

Nothing really, don’t be put off by the entrance lobby - it is a little tired but that does not impact upon the lovely flat at all.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, beautiful view, quiet, safe, the list goes on. Vasiliki was amazingly responsive and helpful with recommendations. It’s near two supermarkets and all sorts of public transport. Getting to the heart of Athens was easy.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I am extremely disappointed and outraged by my stay at this property in Athens. First of all, the apartment looks nothing like the pictures shown in the listing – it's a complete scam. I paid for a two-bedroom apartment, but was given a one-bedroom unit for the same price, with no explanation or apology. The building itself is old, poorly maintained, and has a disgusting smell throughout. To make things even worse, I encountered a huge rat in the entrance that ran right across my feet. Absolutely unacceptable and horrifying! The host was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. He made no effort to fix the situation or even acknowledge the problems. This is not just a bad experience – it's a disgrace. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this property and this host. This listing should be removed from Booking.com immediately. Total disappointment and waste of money!

The apartment is excellently located with stunning views of Zea Marina. Despite being close to a central street, it remains quite peaceful due to good sound insulation. Situated on the 5th floor, it features an elevator and offers a panoramic view. The apartment is well-equipped with dishes, towels, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle for tea. The comfortable bed and pillows ensure a restful night's sleep. The small terrace on the balcony is excellent for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink with a view. It's approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach. The area is safe and has plenty of cafes, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. The owner is very friendly and supportive, always reachable via WhatsApp, providing helpful tips. If you're in doubt, rest assured that choosing this apartment is an excellent decision. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Nice view, central with many restaurants and shopping opportunities, metro in walking distance headed floor a + in winter.

No dedicated parking can be a challenge after 4pm.
