If I asked AI to create the perfect Italian apartment, the most charming and in the best location is a picturesque town, it would still pale in comparison to this apartment. It is a fully renovated apartment with all modern amenities that looks like it was built by Italian craftsman from a hundred years ago. The windows open up to let in the light and sounds of village life in Italy. There is a square right out one window where we were serenaded by a procession on May Day that was right out of the godfather. Out the other window is the narrow street, dotted with quaint shops and restaurants, that leads to another piazza where you can by your groceries, fresh bakery, and butcher or sit in one of the many restaurants and cafes. This place is like staying on a film set, you get to live your Italian dream stay!!

Incredibly located, right in the heart of the old city. The apartment was clean and well decorated, immediately making us feel at home. There was good security as it was a private residence, and in general the area felt both very safe and clean.

This is a beautiful old apartment, right in the heart of Pistoia. We loved the calm decor, old floors and shutters, practical kitchen and comfortable beds. It was a lovely, comfortable place to relax and everything was spotlessly clean. Roberto replied immediately to any questions on Whatsap. We struggled with the heat on the first night but Roberto brought us a a powerful metal fan, which solved the problem.

Nothing! Everything was great. The downstairs shower is a lot better than the upstairs one. Maybe a new shower head upstairs would help. But this is not a big deal. There are air conditioners but they don’t seem to do very much.

Centrally located, lovely apartment, fabulous support from host Roberto. Very clean, beds comfortable, a nicely appointed kitchen, decent WiFi. Really convenient for the city.

The air conditioning units were not especially effective (it was very warm), and noisy. We couldn't get the one in the second bedroom to work. It was comfortable enough but could have been improved. We didn't mind, but some people might find it rather noisy at night (we were there during the blues festival, so the central area was particularly lively at night, until late.
