The use of a terrace and SPA-pool with hydromassage is paid separately, and in winter time it is possible only upon prior request. The cost of one day of use is 2700 UAH in the winter. Безконтактне отримання ключів без зустрічі з господарями, чіткі інструкції, як потрапити до помешкання.

1. Недостовірна інформація щодо помешкання на сайті: - стосовно розміру помешкання зазначено 96 кв.м. Насправді розмір помешкання не перевищує 30 кв.м. Інші квадратні метри - це, ймовірно, розмір тераси, яка доступна за окрему плату, яка майже дорівнює вартості самої квартири. - вартості житла. На сайті вартість проживання зазначена одна, проте, лише у день заселення власник повідомив, що за користування терасою необхідно додатково сплатити 1200 грн. Окрім того, лише у день заселення власник повідомив, що додатково необхідно сплатити 3000 грн. страхового платежу, який повернув лише через 10 годин після нашого виселення. 2. Ліжко в кімнаті просто жахливе, пружини відчуваєш всією спиною. Подушки плоскі й майже не відчуваються. Будь-якого підголовника в ліжка немає, тож якщо Ви високого зросту, то у Вас будуть або ноги звисати, або головою доведеться впиратися у стіну. Біля ліжка відсутні тумбочки, на які можливо покласти особисті речі: телефон і т.і. 3. Вікна (зверху на ліжком та бокове) - нічим не закриваються, отже, коли зійшло сонце спати вже некомфортно. 4. Під час повітряної тривоги таке враження, що рупор для сигналу встановлений безпосередньо в кімнаті. Дуже гучно

Хорошая и чистая квартирка - мансарда, замечательный район, в 5-10 мин ходьбы до кругового парка, все необходимое есть, дистанционная оплата и общение, все необходимые инструкции были сразу скинуты.

Матрас на кровати очень не удобный, спишь на пружинах, которые впиваются в бока, вместо подушек плоские блинчики (приходилось скручивать их в рулончик), ножи совершенно не режут.
