La casa è piccola ma pulita e dorata di tutto il necessario, asciugamani, lenzuola, aria condizionata, sapone per i piatti. Per una sosta breve non serve portare nulla, se non eventualmente del detersivo per la lavatrice. Due balconcini con tavolini e sedie, parcheggio interno. È in periferia, ma la zona è tranquilla, a due passi da CinecittàWorld.
