The location is great, right in the middle of the old town and the appartment is huge for a decent amount of money. If you like old/classical furniture that's there, although the kitchen and the bathroom tend to be modern while the living and bedroom are old.

At my arrival the room was chilly (20 Celsius degrees). I asked the owner to warm it up, yet he claimed no hotel gets it to more than 21. He even told me that I can get my money back if I don't like it. In the end, we got along and he kept a warm temp at 23, as I requested it, but made me feel I was in debt to him... like making me a huge favour... On top of that, small other things: the gate way needed a strong arm to lift it up, for opening/cloing, the apartment door had also a locking problem and the sink water was licking. The sheets were kind of used and old fashioned, although very clean.

The location of the property was really good! Right in the center of town but still very silent at night. The apartment was comfortable and has a retro décor. The hand over of the keys was easy and communication with the property owners was very efficient.

The kitchen was almost empty and had very minimal kitchen utensils like pot, pans, plates. We didn't need them cause we only stayed for a short time but it may be worth asking the landlord if they have in the meantime put more cutlery and pots in the kitchen if you need them :)

Excellent studio located in center of Mediaș. Fully equipped, garden with pazio.

The location was rustic type.

Place is nice and location great.

Studio is nice but missing basic equipment. We needed a washing machine as we travel on bikes. Was there and also working but there was nowhere to put wet clothes. The kitchen looks brand new and will probably stay like this. I didn't want to cook though but even if I would there would be no option as there were no pots or any other equipment.
