Great location as very close to the main shops, bars & restaurants. Free parking opposite the accommodation. Balcony to sit out and have a drink on. Clean accommodation with everything you need, and more. Some extras like food, milk, sweets, book & map of preveza, etc, which were lovely extras. Very helpful & friendly owner of the accommodation.

The bed was too small for us both (who are above average height) and a very soft mattress, but for one night, it was fine. The bathroom was a bit small, and there was no wall stand for the shower head (I assume to stop water from spraying everywhere)

Stayed here for one night before catching our flight home. Very modern with a comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and balcony. Location was spot on just a few minutes from all the bars and restaurants and a 15 minutes walk from the beach. There was also good communication with the owner with photos and instructions on how to access the property. It was also very easy to find. This accommodation is ideal for a short stay in Preveza.

The balcony overlooked a small but very busy public car park. The air conditioning was not very effective.

Nice style apartment very close to main centre of Preveza which makes it easy to walk everywhere. With its central location it is quiet, you can only hear a bit of street noise which is mainly locals driving their scooters. Communication with host was really good, we arrived in the city early and she allowed us to get into the apartment a few hours early and she answered any questions we had pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and nice balcony to sit outside.

The apartment gets very hot very quickly, though there is AC which helps, it can still feel warm which wasnt a huge issue for us.

Loved the central location and the restaurant recommendations from Valia. Great communications from booking to Check-in.

While the apartment building was easy to find and collect keys trying to identify exactly which apartment was ours was tricky. We spoke to a neighbour to find it. The air conditioning worked but didn’t seem to actually cool the room down. Not really a host issue but thought I’d mention it.

Close to the city centre and to the marina.

I arrived at 10 pm. Complete darkness on a shady gang.There was no light at the entrance to collect the keys, I had to manage with luggage and phone light. No hair drier in the apartment. Internet connection is poor to non existent. You need to wait 30 min to get warm water for shower. AC running all night at 16°C, still too hot in the room. A big hole in the kitchen furniture. Cleaning items left in the middle of the room. It's difficult to communicate with the host. No shower curtain, water splashes all over the toilet.
