Great place.

The location was excellent ... very near the centre of town, yet utterly quiet and removed from all traffic noises. Individual air conditioning in each room which functioned well. High standard of cleanliness. Well supplied with various food and cooking essentials.

Entry was up two extremely steep and narrow staircases. Very difficult to lug a suitcase up and down. At night we found that the outside light was broken so that we had to navigate a long corridor and steep stone stairs in the pitch black. It felt very dangerous. The outdoor light needs to be fixed pronto. There was almost a complete lack of COMFORTABLE furniture to relax in. So after coming home from a day's activities, you just never felt settled and relaxed. The sofa was actually a hide-a-bed, which it was only notionally possible to relax on. Chairs were all straight-backed and hard wood..

In the middle of the center, a lot of restaurants next to the appartement

This apartment is situated close to the main street and evening hangouts but on the quite street. We cooked only breakfasts. We spend free time in the evening on the balcony and it was great. Kiani Akti beach is in 20 minutes from the apartment. We liked beach and sea was calm, you need to pay 2 EUR for the sunbed per adult and you receive bottle of water 0,5 liter. We visited 6 different taverns and restaurant and all dishes were delicious and portions huge. We traveled by taxi to Loutsa and Silver Island (Monolithi beach) and we liked them a lot. In Preveza there is no developed transport infrastructure like on Sicily. We like Greece and Greeks a lot. Tassos (host) is very pleasant and kind person. We have been agreeing all moments by phone and Booking and did not have any problems. We did a right choice to spent vacation in Preveza.
