Just a 5 minute walk from Kiani Akthi beach which is gorgeous. It was more spacious than anticipated in the self contained flat and had a simple route into the centre. The lift and shower stool option were helpful for me due to my access needs. I didn't use the cooking equipment, but there was substantial available and a sizeable kitchen dining space for the price.

One small suggestion would be to consider finding a way to differentiate the front door and front gate key e.g with a key cap (coloured sillicone cap which goes over the top of the key to help differentiate it). This is because these 2 keys are the same shape and if returning late and in the dark, it can take quite a while to figure it out.

It really is as flawless as other reviewers described. Perfectly clean, cozy, and you got everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Shower flow is strong. Kitchen is excellently equipped. I like that that I didn't need to bother to go buy necessary kitchen & bathroom stuff, as often happens when renting apartments - here I got everything that I needed for hygiene and cooking: shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, dish wash, paper towels, sugar, salt, condiments, few types of tee, coffee both instant and ground. Kitchen has multiple boiling pots, cooking pans and baking trays, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, even some extra USB charging cables, batteries and hand flashlight. You get a few more towels than is customary in hotels. As others mentioned, I also got fresh welcome fruit and I had a fresh bottle of water in the fridge, which was very appreciated since I arrived on Sunday evening. AC is well placed and honestly, not even needed much, due to natural coolness of the semi-basement. Wifi is fast and reliable, I had youtube running on my laptop all the time without any trouble and on top of that, during my stay some workers actually upgraded the Wifi to fiber optic, as Panos explained. I really liked that all the windows have mosquito nets. The host is super kind - every time I had an additional question via booking chat, he came personally to explain and went above and beyond with his help. Location is also just perfect - very close to a nice beach with free and plentiful sunbeds.

The only downside is the one advertised in advance, namely that this is a semi-basement, meaning, you have to pick between sunlight and privacy and got no balcony.
