Quiet location. Nice garden with private parking place. Spacious apartment with lots of sunlight. Friendly host. Interesting collection of books. Super value for money.

Sound insulation between the apartments could be improved. Kitchen counter needs a bit more light. A bigger and more sturdy kettle would be nice. Water pressure is on the low side.
