"Good location with great public access"

The location was good enough, nearby with LRT station , bus stop and opposite with IOI mall, lots of cafe and restaurant. The house was spacious enough and with all basic furniture and kitchen ware.

Cleanliness can be improved, we saw a huge spider web with spider stick on the living room window curtain，kitchen basin water leaking，Aircon in the room was not working well.
