Easy access and good car parking lot provided.

Aircon in living room drips. Also, the windows are not locked but can easily be opened by a child from inside who could fall out accidentally if it’s opened as there’s no safety grills fixed.

"The bathroom needs to renovate, water pipe was leaking. The shower door didn’t have the rubber."
