Vila Thailanda in Katakolo

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία !! Φοβερό κατάλυμα , αλλά πάνω απ´ όλα η υπεύθυνη του καταλύματος , η Κυρία Χαρά , ήταν αυτό που θα έπρεπε να συναντά κάθε επισκέπτης στο μέρος που θα διαμείνει. Υπέροχος άνθρωπος, μέσα στην ευγένεια, χαμογελαστή, πρόθυμη να σε εξυπηρετήσει ανά πάσα στιγμή, αλλά πάνω από όλα η καλύτερη μαγείρισσα. Μας έφτιαχνε ότι φαγητό επιθυμούσαμε. Σπιτικό, πεντανόστιμο και φτιαγμένο με μεράκι. Του χρόνου πάλι εκεί θα είμαστε.

Θα θέλαμε να είχε καλύτερο Wi-Fi

Alloggio molto bello con accesso privato alla spiaggia. La casa è grande e spaziosa così come il bagno. La padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale.

Τρίτη φορά και σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!! Ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για οικογενειακές διακοπές με ένα μικρό παιδί. Η άμεση πρόσβαση στην αμμώδη παραλία ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι είναι ανεκτίμητη. Τόσο οι οικοδεσπότες όσο και η Κυρία Χαρά για άλλη μια φορά υπέροχοι. Ο μικρός ξετρελένεται για τα φαγητά της!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa purtroppo solo una notte e davvero per pochissime ore. Un peccato perché la struttura era super accogliente con 3 belle grandi stanze matrimoniali, giardino e accesso privato alla bellissima spiaggia dorata. La proprietaria gentilissima ❤️ si era anche offerta di prepararci la cena personalmente e portarcela direttamente a casa. Sicuramente posto consigliato per chi vuole godersi la tranquillità e la bellezza del mare senza dover muovere piu’ di due passi. La notte si può stare in spiaggia ad ammirare la luna proprio fuori casa…

Location on the beach. Beautiful ground floor apartment with a lot of space and good amenities.

We paid for breakfast during our stay beforehand. When we arrived, the owner asked us when we would like to have breakfast so that the lady that makes it can make it. The lady was one hour late, asked my husband what we wanted to eat, and then explained that she will cook breakfast in our kitchen. My husband said ok and she left. Five minutes later she was back in a bathing suite, going to the beach and telling us that she won't be cooking us breakfast that day?!? However, she did offer to cook us dinner for a fee?!? We just asked her not to bother cooking for us in our kitchen, when she feels like it, this was a very ordure bizarre moment for us. Oh and also apparently the entire garden you see in the pictures is off limits, they turn on the sprinklers multiple times a day and if you lounge there, you and your belongings will soak. They say that it is because the grass is "new". ( No it's not,it's normal strong grass) However, if you come knowing that you have to find or prepare your breakfast and that you won't have access to the garden, and that if there are guests upstairs you will hear them breathe as there is no sound insulation, you will actually like your stay, but it is not a good value for money.

Privacy and closeness to the beach.

Nothing to dislike

The location is amazing - right on the beach with fabulous terrace, garden and view. Large 3 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge with all the amenities you could wish for. Breakfast was included and sufficient for our needs. The lovely Xara cooked us a meal one night which was lovely and included wine and a huge watermelon ! The property was clean and comfortable A fabulous place to unwind, relax and walk for miles on a sandy, shallow beach.

You would need a car - not many amenities nearby - supermarket 10 mins by car as were the local restaurants. The owner was building a fabulous new deck for the upstairs apartment - which was near completion whilst we were there - sadly the workmen were still building it which was a bit noisy. Can hear the occupants of the upstairs moving around - but what an amazing apartment upstairs too!

Directly attached to the beach. We were very lucky we had no other guests on the first floor, which made it even more relaxed and quiet. The very friendly host cooked both nights delicious meals and brought it to us. Perfect for families with children.
