Great staff - timely and proactive communication. Perfect base location for visiting Cinque Terre and Portofino. Convenient location for walking or driving into Rapallo for restaurants, shopping and expresso/pasteries.

Note that the beautiful pool area is not included. It is only available to the full time owners in the complex. This is clearly communicated by management, but it is disappointing for such a great amenity.

the view of the appartment is astonishing the parking opportunity is great the flat is very spacy and the separate toilet is as well a helpful feature the location is really good to visit the whole area arround Rapallo (you can easily walk into the village, preferably on the way that is directly located at the sea shore) Mr. Mauro was punctual at check in and check out (thanks for that) and everything worked well in this respect.

The furniture of the appartement is not in balance with the expectation that the appartment suggests. (some of the doors stuck on the floor, the chairs and table is rather simple and used, the sofa should to be cleaned now and then, though the appartment as such was cleaned well) The cusions for the balcony chairs are not really inviting to sit on them, except in the dark...) Though there are three bathroom mentioned only two have an opportunity to shower (however, for one of the showers you need to be really tiny, so that at the end we used the other shower for all of us) The internet connection does not reach up to the second/third bedroom and the speed should be increased for todays standards.

very comfortable apartment, with perfect view and you can go to Rapallo by foot in 15 min. beaches are also in close proximity of 5 min with wounderful views. The owners were very kind and check in and out was without any problems. we will come again.

Not enough wine glasses, no cheese grater, kitchen too dark, needs lights, no detergent for laundry machine, no paper towels, uncomfortable chairs on the terrace
