Man konnte sehr gut im Bett schlafen.

Die Couch ist sehr durchgesehen.

Very good price for this kind of accommodation at this place. Warnemünde is very nice spot. We were happy at all. In the apartment was everything we needed. Apartment was relatively clean.

A bit confused about arrive details / unlocking case with keys. Im the air was smell of mold, probably from the basement. But I did not noticed any in the apartment. You need to open windows for a while to get fresh air..

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut.

Die Ferienwohnung war schlecht gereinigt. Die Dusche ist sehr schäbig. Die Schlafcouch ist total durchgesessen. Die Matratzen im Bett sind absolut hinüber. In der Küche befindet sich Schimmel an Wand und Decke, weshalb wir wahrscheinlich jeden Morgen wie gerädert aufgestanden sind. Beim reinigen wurde eine Taucherbrille des Vorgängers am Boden übersehen, was einem schon zu denken gibt. Es wurde eine Mail an den Verwalter geschickt, das sich ein Fenster nicht mehr schließen lässt. Aber leider wurde nicht reagiert. Mein Tipp wäre die Wohnung eine Woche nicht zu vermieten und zu renovieren, sowie die Möbel auszutauschen. Traurig aber wahr.

Gute Lage. Ruhiges Umfeld.

Teils schmutzig. Wäscheset gebucht, allerdings war es nicht vorhanden.

Anreise erst ab 19.00 Uhr möglich. Die Reinigung der Wohnung wurde erst um c.a. 19.00 Uhr durchgeführt. Nach mehreren anrufen bei der Verwaltung. Die Wohnung vom Grundriss ist gut, das Mobiliar hat nur noch Sperrmüll Charakter. Eine Reinigung der gesamten Fensterfront könnte auch nicht schaden. Parkplätze sind quasi nicht vorhanden, wenn man einen ergattert kostet er für 40 min.3€. Eine Beantragung eines Anwohnerausweises seitens des Eigentümer würde Sinn machen. Fazit, wir würden dieses Objekt nicht noch einmal für einen Urlaub buchen !!!

The location of the FEWO is really good, close to the city square. Its also quiet in the house and not so much traffice outside which is nice when its time to sleep.

The soffa did not look fresh and had stains. All furniture except maybe the bed is quit old and there was some pillows for the soffa which also was stained. When we arrived we had to clean all the cutting boards as they had old food rests on which is not giving a nice impression. The curtain rod in one of the rooms had broken and was fallen down and was still sitting on the floor...strange! Due to that fact you could not make the room totally dark in the night which was disturbing as it was one of the sleeping rooms. One of the curtains in the kitchen had also fallen down and was placed on the window frame. Several of the other lower window curtains did not have their own attachementpoints which made them fall down if you touched them. We where 3 people for 3 days and we got only one toilet role - this was solved though when we called the service number - so good service with that and also we got very quick help in getting the bulb in the toilet changed when that went out.
