Piazza Alario

The apartment was very well situated, a short walk from the historicl centre but without feeling busy. It was well maintained, clean, and much larger than we expected. The hosts communicated everything very clearly.

The only struggle was finding parking, as the area is always completely full, but the hosts have no control over that

Cold rooms, AC was making noise. If you want a non personal service without even a coffee option then this is your place. Communication was by email. And flat was only basic.

Location is good, just outside the old town across from a lovely piazza on a very quiet street. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated, comfy with large living room area. Apt is fully equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. We had a washing machine, kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. Bathroom with constant hot water and three AC units. Large doors open to a nice size balcony with view of the sea. Storage everywhere plus a huge closet in the bedroom. Lots of room for two people to live comfortably. Cleaning services are provided by host. Self check-in is wonderful no worries about late arrivals!

The elevator works with 20 cent coins. Make sure you have them when you arrive with your luggage. The back part of the apt is a bit dark. Not a big deal for us. Wifi is good in the front of the apt. weaker to none in the bedroom. The balcony has a screen that rolls down so the flies and mosquitoes stay out and it allows for the balcony doors to stay open for a nice breeze, except that the screen was off the frame with gaps that need to be remounted to be effective..

The location was very close to the Old Town of Salerno and easy walk to the port. Comfortable bed.

The building was under reconstruction so dusty.

It was a quiet location in a very nice square with an excellent water fountain. We could watch life go by from the balcony. The apartment was close enough to walk into town and visit the excellent bars and shops. The property is very well equiped great kitchen bathroom and comfy bed, It even has a dishwasher and washing machine.

I found the online check in stressful.

Everything a tired traveller could need was at the property. Complete apartment with 3 air conditioners! A must for the heat! Very clean. Although quite far from the CBD it was nice to stay in a real Italian neighbourhood.

It was difficult to work out how to get there. It was 30 minute walk from the train station and it wasn't until day 3 we discovered the correct bus. The host is silent on how far it actually is from the CBD.

Modern, clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Contactless check in, and OKHome keyless entry to the property was excellent. Antonio was very helpful and accommodating with any queries we had.
