The View - Sandown

Beautiful location, everything you could need was supplied.

The fob for the car garage door didn’t work initially and the first call to Suzanne (who had emailed throughout the booking process) to ask for help/advice, as instructed to do in all emails didn’t work as she was in Thailand. May have been good to have said to call Sharron or Swish Properties direct during our stay knowing a member of staff is out of the country. Car parking space was out of use and only told this a couple of days before trip, payment for car parking tickets were offered to be reimbursed, but would have appreciated the information sooner than when given. Property not cleaned upon entry, had to call and arrange for this to happen and leave property upon arrival for it to happen. Apologies were given, but all in all it was a big shame we had such a shaky start to a lovely apartment that we had paid a lot for on Booking.com.

Location was perfect, could see the view well, very quiet. Host very helpful

2nd bed was a small double which was a bit quashed for the two of us.

the condo was beautifully decorated!! Felt very cosy !! the view was spectacular!!

I wish it had a dryer for the towels and clothes!!!

The apartment is aptly named The View, the panoramic view is fantastic, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach was very relaxing. The apartment was very airy, large and comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could need. With an en suite and bathroom no one was waiting around to get ready in the mornings. It is a beautiful apartment and we didn’t want to leave!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the allocated parking, the ramp to the first floor is very steep and narrow and I managed to scrape m, on on T
