Отличная просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Есть все для длительного проживания. Хорошая звукоизоляция. 2 балкона,один из которых скорее можно назвать терассой. Недалеко от Старого города и пляжей. Большой плюс свое парковочное место на закрытой парковке.
