Incredible location, right in the middle of Sanremo. Has facility to prepare meals (fairly limited but better than nothing)

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, it creaks every time you move in there. The bed upstairs in the mezzanine was extremely hot. The aircon was placed directly under the floorboards of the mezzanine so hot air stays up there with no circulation whilst the downstairs was cold.
