"Bad! Bad! She cancelled my stay as soon as I landed at Mombasa. She never answered my call."

Don't book with this guy's! I arrived at 4am , when I called my host she never answered my phone. Only for me to check my email she wrote that it won't be possible for me to check in this early the email was sent at 1am while I was in transit. 1. How did she expect me to start looking for another bnb when I arrived at a new location? She could have informed me a day earlier when we spoke & confirmed 4am check in was ok. 2. I am highly disappointed & that's not professional of you at all. I highly do not recommend 3. When booking I clearly indicated am arriving at 4am & I requested to check in at that time, if she wasn't in agreement she could have told me on phone when we spoke a day before I traveled but she choose not to.
