"Had to leave straight as apartment was filthy"

Had to leave on arrival as the property was filthy with large burn holes in the rug, dirty sheets & an unclean bathroom

Although the staff tried to help no other room was available and after driving for 10 hours arriving to find our booked accommodation unsuitable was very very inconvenient

This place is extremely comfortable to stay. Accessing to hot water with a good pressure is not something easy to find in Nairobi. I wish I had stayed more in this property. Maybe next time...
