ADC Condo 1 Bedroom Unit at Pico de Loro

This house didn't inform to guest. All Guest have to additional pay per head 1,500pesos without use beach.

The condo is modest. The owner is very facilitating. No issues. Hassle free transaction.

What I didn't like is that the ad isn't transparent at all. While it features the various attraction around and the condo is cheap compared to being in the hotel, there was no disclosure about a separate registration free at the location before you can use the facilities or book for activities with separate fees as well. So we ended up paying additional 1,500/person to register. If you have a PWD, senior citizen with you and you book a condo, the registration staff will require everyone to be at the registration area for her to put the arm bands herself. Condos are separate buildings from the registration area which are relatively distant . There is nothing special with the arm band, you can remove it anytime anyway so I don't really see the point and we've paid for it anyway. You better eat breakfast before 10am at the restaurants or they won't serve ala carte food until 12noon. Unfortunately for us we came in late at night and slept in the next day and we were really hungry so best bring something to eat. In fairness, the beach is nice. They have shuttles moving around.

clean,comfy and relaxing place to spend staycation with family..complete kitchen utensils i can easily prepare our meals..with clean towels and comforter..i like how the owner accomodates im not expecting response from my late night inquiries but she did really quick and easy to transact even it was last minute booking..thank u Madam.. we enjoyed our stay..til next time!

The whole facility is well maintained, and the staff are knowledgeable and hospitable. The condo is nestled between the beach and the main clubhouse, which made it ideal to walk in either direction. Diving, snorkeling, and other water sporrs activities are available. There is so much to do in a short period of time.

Unfortunately, there was some maintenance being done by our condo during our stay. It could be bothersome if you happened to be in the room resting, but we were out most of the day to affect us.

I like the location.

FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS ! Beach club with pool is not allowed to guests (note that the advertised photo is exactly a pool on the beach and surprisingly we were denied to get inside. It’s a fake advertisement). It doesn’t fit number of guests, they told me that it’s fit but just place a mattress on the floor 😡), bathroom very dirty. Country club swimming pool we were allowed to use, but it’s pure clorox smelling)
