excellent value and available at short notice when our other booked accommodation cancelled at the last minute.

No wifi in the room. Only in reception area.

Great location for beaches, shops, restaurants and transport. A quieter area than noisy Sunny Beach. Basic amenities but good value. Good systems if you want to be independent.

Could have done with some shelves in the wardrobe to store folded clothes. But this wasn't a biggie.

The apartment is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. The building has a lift.

There was no instructions in the room on how to turn on the hot water system (I had a cold shower) or wifi password (I had to knock on doors to ask other owners). The building has a receptionist but not there until 2000, which is the latest time for checkin. I arrived at 1800 and no reception. Luckily another owner let me in and found the apartment keys for me. I had previously SMS'ed the owner of my arrival time but got no response. Room has just 1 power outlet. Shower has no screen so everything in the bathroom got wet, including the toilet paper. No light in hall so had to use my phone torch to see the lock

all is bad

good price. good location. working elevator. small equipped hotel type room with balcony. working AC and heat. nice roof area (if not locked). walk to old Nessebar in 10 minutes.

no WiFi! only in the ground lobby. I replaced the moldy Shower curtain and rusty water kettle. then everything was fine except someone locked the roof door and I couldn’t go up there. also the first chip to enter the lobby didn’t work. someone replaced it.
