It was clean & in order.

TV didn’t work due to no aerial cable available. Advertised with a sofa bed but only had a small sofa (sofa bed definition a sofa that can be converted into a bed, typically for occasional use). Owner played a dirty game when I tried to cancel the reservation by not replying to my cancellation request on booking.com on the same evening but the following day so that he could make £12 extra which is not fair as he would reply to me in WhatsApp but not via booking.com. I took a screenshot of the cancellation fee and sent to him on the same evening but he left until the following day & started to make excuses. Living room & kitchen it’s an open plan without window.

The apartment is very good. In a calm place and near the centre. Is has everything that we need to stay in Newport! The manager, Mr. Elliot was always very helpfull. It was a really great stay!

Nothing
