Central, stylish 3 bed apartment with sea views

The lock box needs marking with the flat number. I would like to say we found various items damaged when we got to the property, none of these were damaged by us. The ceiling was damaged near the TV, this has had dripping water for most of our stay. We have left a towel on the floor to ensure no danger of slipping on the floor. The sofa had a broken leg so only one of our party could sit on the opposite end of the sofa. The shower screen in the main bathroom is missing the protective strip at the bottom so water ended up on the floor causing a slip hazard. The single bed in the first bedroom has got damaged slats under the mattress causing a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Nasty stains on the duvets in the second and third bedrooms. Most of the kitchen cupboard doors did not close and one drawer took many attempts to shut. The flat smelt strongly of damp, I placed clothing in the chest of drawers in bedroom one which soon had a terrible smell. Something needs to be added to adjust the blinds in the bay window, we had to stand on a chair to adjust them, this is dangerous. This was not the level of accommodation we would have expected. The location was good but otherwise there has been little to be pleased about. Despite emailing the host first with a phone number that was requested and secondly to complain I have not had any response.

Location was excellent, plenty of space, very comfortable. Delicious Scones with clotted cream and jam were waiting for us on arrival.

Amazing location. Loads of space, good appliances in the kitchen. Good value for money. Decent Wi-Fi. Responsive owner.

In our opinion the accommodation was not clean. It needs a fresh lick of paint, some new carpet in one of the bedrooms due to large stain on one side of the room, various holes under cabinets/ walls, damaged furniture in the bathroom etc, just looking very tired. Very, very strong smell of damp throughout the property which was very off putting on arrival. The seating in the living area isn’t comfortable, and no cream tea on arrival like in other reviews!

The location was perfect. Also the cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch.

Driving to apartment through the town which is hard work, on arrival was a pain, parked on Tregunnel hill (what a hill lol) but got a space later in the evening so moved car but didn’t dare move all week just in case

Lovely, clean apartment and great location.

The property was clean and spot on.

The small toilet did not have a sink to wash hands
