Panoramic Sea-View Family Appartment , Free Parking, Sleeps 6 , Walk to Beach, Station, & Town

Super clean, everything provided that we could possibly have needed! Great communication with owners.

A little banging from the apartment upstairs, but that's not these owners' faults of course. But had to say it unfortunately.

First class accommodation spotlessly clean. location is fantastic sea views another bonus. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than 4pm which we couldn't thank Ed &Ming enough the welcome pack was a treat too. Would stay again.

The location was great because it was conveniently located between the town and Porth Beach. A bus stop was immediately outside the property,which was helpful for returning from the town. We also like being next door to Kilbirnie Hotel and chose to eat there most of the time. Kilbirnie also has a Swimming Pool/Sauna/Gym and non-residents can pay for one month membership giving access to all these facilities.

The windows of the apartment do not provide very good sound insulation against the road outside. As feedback, it would be useful to have a small unit next to the sink in the en-suite shower room so there is room to put toiletries,etc.

Parking was difficult due to vans & a Range Rover next to us cars were parked behind which made it more difficult

It was vety spacious. They even had a brolly in case it rained. You could see the beach from window. Had all the amneties need. Private entrance woth lift . I would definitly dtay here again.

Apartment very spacious and very clean. Easily located for train station and all beaches (Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze are on doorstep and Fistral is a 30- 40 min walk). Great communication with host.
