8 astor court had sea views from each window, roomy apartment. Close to beach. Very clean.

Didn't have number 8 on the parking space.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants . Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very clear directions and good communication with the owners.

Hand held shower in one of the bathrooms.

Home from home; very well equipped kitchen + lounge, two bedroom, 1 en-suite + 1 family bathroom; could accommodate upto six people if necessary but we only needed it for two; close to amenities in Newquay, bus stops right outside; good price for the week = £100 a night hotel, so exceptionally well priced for a two bedroom flat especially one so well equipped with quality wi-fi and efficient gas central heating, with free reserved parking. Unbeatable for this location.

Would have preferred first-floor flat to be on a higher floor in hindsight, as view of sea and Newquay from lounge & master bedroom obscured by hotel awning next door; double glazing not very efficient as road noise wakes you up in the morning; sound proofing between flats also not brilliant - if we could hear people upstairs moving about, people in flat below could probably hear us. Shower in master bedroom not very powerful - could do with boosting. But these are very minor gripes and would not prevent us from staying here again if we needed to.
