"Issues not resolved even after contacting many times"

The issues with the shower drain and sink in the bathroom started on the same day we arrived. Plus, the light in one of the bedrooms and one light in the hallway was not working. This was reported and fixed. This happened again, with the shower drain and light in the hallway, reported, and the answer was there is plenty light in the hallway even if one of the lights is not working. Our stay was for 2 weeks as we rented out only until the refurbishment works were completed in our property. The issue was reported a second time on last Friday, and no one called or came to look at it on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. So, all these days, we went to my friends house for showering. When I called them on Tuesday and demanded a refund for the days of the inconvenience caused, the answer was 'probably this is what you want to hear, issues will be resolved and can offer a few complimentary nights'. I tried getting in touch with booking.com as well, but the answer was that since we didn't allow anyone to come until one of us are at home, they didn't have any contractors. But, this was not communicated to me until I rang them on Tuesday and the property manager agreed that either himself or someone will come after 3pm, to fix that on Tuesday, believing that,I left work early but as always, cheated again. I had been sending emails with the pictures attached of the drain block, and no action was taken. When the property manager said that they had been dealing with those contractors over 5 years and they trust them, I asked why did no on tell me this before, and they haven't got back to me yet. The host will not respond to emails even if it was sent with proof of the inconvenience. Frankly speaking, the host cheated us, knowing that there are issues in the property that need to be fixed.
