The other parts of the building could use some upgrading. The front door to the building didn't lock. But I don't think that has anything to do with the apartment owner.

The apartment is very convenient within a few steps of some of the best Norfolk restaurants. It is exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable king bed.
