Nice view from the balcony. Calm and cosy village

Utilities are very average: small loud fridge, no shelfs or hooks in the bathroom, no dishwasher or even space to let the dishes dry.

Being right on the water was lovely, the pool was there when you didn't want to swim in the sea. It was very quiet (end of May). Central between the national parks and close to some hidden gems. The owner's mum left us little homemade doughnut balls outside the door which were lovely. We saw some local reptile wildlife on the roads.

The only bad thing was the WiFi was constantly dropping, the router was unprotected so I just logged in as 'admin' to restart it remotely every time it dropped. Bring some roaming data with you.

The surroundings were really beautyful and peaceful. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony facing the sea and the sun. Easy to swim, the property had a private shorline.

The location and the view were incredible.

Advertised with bar snd restaurant but on arrival we were told they had closed a week earlier. Fortunately there was one restaurant still open in the immediate area but that was all. On arrival, we were asked to pay cash and as the restaurant wasn’t open there were no options for breakfast so having driven over 2 hours to get there we then had to get back in the car had to go to the nearest town to find a cash point and shop to buy some food. We were booked in for two nights but left after one yet still asked to pay in full which we did. We weren’t given what was advertised but sure it would’ve been much better in the middle of the season. The issue is that if they close the restaurant, they should no longer rent out the apartments or at the very least, ensure guests are aware that there is nowhere nearby to eat, drink or shop unless you want to drive. The apartment was also not terrible we’ll equipped snd could do with some updating.

We loved the view from the balcony and how nice the hosts were. Kitchen is really well equipped and apartment has everything you need.

In front of the building there is a swimming pool, which is really great when you don't want to go far away, but you need some time resting in the water. On the other side there is a part of the sea. Personel was really kind and helped us with everything we needed. There is also a restaurant in the same building, which was only open for two days within our stay, but we really recommend restaurant Kalada within 10 minutes walk, as their food, personel and the view is fascinating. This hotel is a great place to stay even for further trips, as Zadar is approximately 1 hour by car, Privlaka & Sabunike as well. Highly recommended place to stay in Croatia!!

Air conditioning is installed in living room, so it's really hard to cool the bedroom. This is the only negative aspect I can think of.

Very nice beachfront apartment. Clean, comfortable with big bedrooms. Very well equipped. Nice view with private beach.
