Everything was clean. The apartment is very comfy and it's close to a shopping mall in case you need something.

The property is a nice and cozy studio with sunny balcony, well furnished kitchen, modern furniture and appliances. The host gently waited for us for a late check-in (we could only arrive at 10 pm) and was available afterwards to ask our questions. The location is pretty close to the mall and the park, with the possibility of reaching the city center quickly. We had a pleasant and smooth journey in this flat!

We do not have any negative remarks to make, the accommodation was cosy and everything was efficient.

New appartment, high quality building, very decently equipped, things are better than they look on the fotos, clean, very central. Balcony is large (not clear from pictures), there are roller shutters (also not clear from pictures). By the way: Olomouc is wonderful and ridiculously underrated. I saw my first and only foreign tourists after five days.

Not a big deal, but no coffee maker. Nothing else really. There is a bedside lamp. After a few days I got in trouble with the neighbour for smoking on the balcony. Unfortunately, there was a pretty constant draft to him. Not ideal for smoking.

The room is equipped all facilities and tidy.

The location is great with walking distance to town and very close to shopping centre.
