Cultural heart of Margate

Lovely property just like in the photos. Had a lovely stay with my sister and my 4 year old. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely peaceful courtyard out the back and fantastic sunset views out to see out the front. Everything was spick and span and welcoming and comfortable. Nice touches like shampoo conditioner body wash included along with tea coffee milk etc. labels and clear instructions and good communication from the host. Great location right on the sea front and easy to walk everywhere. Kelly from maintenance was super helpful coming promptly to help us out after we accidentally left a phone inside the property after check out.

We had an issue with mixer tap breaking that meant we couldn't use the shower. The maintenance contact kindly offered to come promptly the next morning but we declined as only staying one night and would be out early to explore. Residents / guests staying in one of the flats above were noisy late at night though obviously this is out of hosts control!

Location was very good - it’s spacious & good view of the sea. Comfy bed, hot shower , plenty of kitchen utensils large tv if you can figure out how to get Netflix etc - we only watched BBC iPlayer!

The weather was exceptionally cold & there were no extra blankets or throws available. I was very cold in the 2nd bedroom as there was a draughty outside door next to the bed. Also no bedside table, light or socket near bed to allow reading in bed.

Having the sea view was the cherry on the cake.

Can’t say there was anything negative

The location was spot on very central literally right by the sea. The apartment was so cosy and had all things we needed from a stay. It felt like a home:)

Parking and tv

Comfy, clean apartment with everything you need. Great host who explained about keys and left instruction booklet too. Great location with sea views.

No parking but car park available over night, couple streets back from the place. Easy to book on the RingGo app

Oh absolutely everything. This is holiday apartment heaven. If I list everything I loved, I'd be here all day. It's beautifully coordinated along the seaside theme, perfect for it's location. Stunning view. Visited in December, the Christmas Tree AND decorations a perfect touch and not overdone

Nothing at all. Just be aware this is upper ground floor so steps up to the property

Amazing location for a great price. All amenities you’d need/want for a short stay were available and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Seamless check in experience.

Only slight challenge was that you get a breeze in one of the bedrooms through the door/window which made for a chilly night during our December stay.
