I booked this hotel last minute following a connection flight delay, arriving exhausted at 2:00 AM. Upon arrival, I discovered there was absolutely no running water—no shower, no drinking water and not even water to brush my teeth. ​While a city-wide outage can happen, the management’s handling of it was completely unfair. When I checked out in the morning, the host admitted he had received a message about the outage, yet he chose not to inform me. As an airport-adjacent hotel where people come specifically for a few hours of hygiene and rest, providing basic running water (or at least the courtesy of a warning) is a bare minimum requirement. Had I been told the truth, I would have stayed elsewhere. To charge full price for a room without working plumbing while withholding information is dishonest. Avoid this place if you value basic facilities and honest communication.
