Easy to find Very spacious

The kitchen is too empty, you can't even make tea. The apartment door is left unlocked upon arrival, and there is no key lockbox to retrieve the key from. No hairdryer.

The host was very responsive, which I appreciated. However, I had to use Google Translate to ensure clear communication. The unit has one bedroom and includes two queen-size beds—one in the bedroom and another in the living room. The unit is warm enough (I contacted the host asking how to set the temperature because it is quite different to what i used to). Having Netflix was a nice bonus—thank you!

The stay was decent, but a few improvements would make it better. The comforter could be thicker for added warmth, and the pillows could be more comfortable. A toaster and kettle would have been useful additions. I found an extra (thin) comforter in the wardrobe and used an additional cover to make it warm enough at night. The price was higher than I expected, but since it was a last-minute booking, most of the better options were already sold out. Perhaps my expectations were influenced by my previous stay in a better (and more affordable) apartment in Brasov. Overall, the unit was okay, but a few upgrades would improve the experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Airplane Residence 1 for one night, and I must say, it was a unique and enjoyable experience. The first thing that struck me was how comfortable the bed was—definitely a highlight after a long day of travel. The room was well-appointed with all the essentials, including a kettle and microwave, making it easy to enjoy a quick snack or a hot beverage. The ambiance of the residence was charming and quirky, reflecting its aviation theme beautifully. I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made my stay feel special. The only downside I encountered was the noise from the planes. While I anticipated some aircraft sounds due to the location, it was a bit louder than expected during peak times. However, this is to be expected given the proximity to the airport, and it didn’t significantly detract from my overall enjoyment. I would highly recommend Airplane Residence 1 to anyone looking for a cozy and unique stay near the airport. The comfort and amenities offered more than outweighed the minor noise issue.

Location was perfect for a late night arrival

I presume most people will be arriving late or getting up early at this location so maybe some basic coffees etc would really make the difference
