Otavalo Suites

This is a conveniently located, and beautifully furnished suite with a private parking spot in the building. We particularly like the location, near the produce market, Poncho Market, and lots of great little restaurants. It is also easy to get on and off the major highways. The kitchenette is fully equipped which allowed us to prepare simple meals especially breakfasts of the great local fruits that were abundant, inexpensive and delicious. Having a safe place to keep the car so close to the apartment was a real bonus. The staff were really helpful.

The hot water was lukewarm which is not such an issue during the summer, but we were there during the winter, and it would have been nice to have a really hot shower. The internet was available in the room, and was adequate and reliable, but slow. Our window face a very busy street which made it noisy during the day, but it quieted down after about 9:00 PM. Our residence was a 1 floor walk up.

Great location. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Snake plants in the room as a natural purifier is a great touch. Has everything you need. Really comfy spot.

This apartment suite hotel was excellent. It appears to be brand new. It had a beautiful clean bathroom with all the amenities and a very hot and powerful shower, which doesn't always happen in Ecuador. Despite not using the kitchen, it was well stocked for small meal prep and had a very cold mini-fridge which was useful. The bed was very comfortable and the blackening curtains made for an uninterrupted and peaceful sleep. The street out front is busy during the day but totally quiet at night. The location is within walking distance of everything interesting that Otavalo has to offer.

The television's internet signal was terrible not allowing for proper streaming of music of Youtube but the wifi in the room was fine. Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace is still under construction but should be very nice when completed.

The location is excellent! The apartment is comfortable and clean. Sebastian is superb with communication and extremely helpful with planning our visit in Otavalo. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend staying at Otavalo Suites!!!

Extremely clean, cozy and in the heart of Otavalo city centre, perfect for quick overnight. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. There is everything for the stay. Sebastian is a very nice and helpful person. There is a fabulous terrace and a cafeteria downstairs that offers a great selection of local food and pizza. I will definite stay here for any future visit and I highly recommended it!
