En primer lugar, la ubicación, estaba en pleno centro. Además, también estaba muy limpio y completo.

Un pequeño detalle: No había escoba ni fregona.

La ubicación es perfecta, está en pleno centro, donde están ubicadas todas las taperias de Ourense, catedral a 100 m, al igual que la plaza mayor. Cama muy cómoda e instalaciones muy bien, todo nuevo, había menaje suficiente para una pareja, con todo lo necesario, tostador, cafetera, muy completo.

En las escaleras de acceso al apartamento había cucarachas, muertas eso sí, pero cucarachas al fin y al cabo. Las echamos fuera y al día siguiente volvían a venir, si es cierto que al apartamento no llegaron, jjjj y luego al estar en pleno centro, en una placetuela rodeada de taperias había ruido exterior, que a nosotros no nos molestó, pero si es cierto que se escuchaba desde el apartamento.
