Rosina's flat

Probably the best apartment my family and I stayed at in Sicily! Stayed here for 3 nights in total. Rosina's flat was such a great size and so well equipped, from complementary treats and coffee to some washing up liquid for clothes washing if needed. Kitchen also well equipped and adequate space for us to cook dinner and enjoy it in the apartment. Great location too, 15 minutes walk in a straight line and you are in the old town of palermo.

A lot of air fresheners around the room that were a little overpowering, but we could easily put them away in a cupboard until the end of our stay. Also the host did warn us that if we had too many appliances on at once, in Sicily the electricity tends to switch off. This happened too us once but it was easy to trip back.

Everything, it's really comfortable and the facilities are well-prepared. Feel like home. Location is close to the port. We took a overnight ferry from Naples, just walked 15 mins to the apartment. And you can take bus 101,102 to the bus and train terminal and center.

This apartment has everything, EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a stay regardless of whether it is a short or long-term reservation. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to many small shops for extra necessities and to many restaurants. You can easily walk to basically all of the beautiful and important sights in Palermo. Annika, the host provides outstanding service - she is super responsive, helpful, kind and gives you literally all information you could need, even more. We instantly felt just like at home in the apartment due to how cosy it is and the fact that we had everything we could possibly need at hand. This was by far the bast place we have ever stayed at in our lives (and we have visited quite some countries so far) and we couldn't recommend this place more. We are hoping to come back very soon and there is no right way to thank Annika enough for all her kindness ❤

The host was a very nice lady, she helped us very well. The appartment was nicely cleaned and the beds felt pretty nice.

The shower was a littlw disappointing, but it wasn't the worst we have had.

The flat is very cozy and comfortable, with attention to details and provides all you need for a very pleasant stay. Location is super convenient, the street is very quiet, yet only a few minutes walk to the airport line bus stop and to piazza Politeama, so a perfect base to explore Palermo. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

We have been here from 19 till 21 december 2022. Annika is very vriendly and helpfull. Her appartement is very cozy and clean. The location is nearby the center. I'm so glade that she has a microwave in her kitchen :)

Highly recommend that place! Very good service and very close to the city center :) The owner gives us possibility to leave our bags before check-in, thanks for that <3
