"Superb"

Spacious and clean apartment. Great location, in the historical center of Palermo with lots of restaurants and bars around. Francesco is very friendly and responsive.

The stairs to the 'attic' bed are a bit steep, which can be a bit problematic for people with reduced agility.

Francesco is very responsive and answers queries very quickly We were able to check in by 12:30pm. Location is great, with lots of nice restaurants and eateries around, a supermarket is very nearby for getting groceries. Also very close to the seaside. The lift is from the ground floor straight to the apartment entrance.

Being so near to the restaurants and bars means there would be some noise and music late into the night, but this was mostly tolerable. We enjoyed the location more than the noise bothered us.

"Decent place, but not at Piazza Marina, and overpriced."

The kitchen & bathroom are quite nice.

The apartment is not at Piazza Marina, it's on a street that was completely ram packed full of people at night, we had to push through a crowd to get home. There were two big stains on the sofa. Climbing in & out of the attic bed is quite uncomfortable, especially for nighttime trips to the bathroom. After leaving we were nagged to pay a tax that I believe is meant to be beared by the renter, not the guests.
