GBGiusi was a wonderful host, greeting and helping us from the moment we arrived, even though she was attending a meal with her family for her birthday.The flat itself is absolutely beautiful. I saw the sign for the flat in the square the previous year, and was determined to visit because of the exquisite location, and we were not disappointed. This a traditional building with beautiful furnishings and decor but with every modern convenience. It is so centrally located yet so private and quiet. I could not recommend it highly enough.
CAOn a beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse des de la propriétaire Giusi pour nous remettre les clés à l’arrivée et nous aider à monter et descende les bagages avec l’ascenseur à clé. Elle a nous aide aussi à réserver un taxi pour aller au port de Palerme ( on prenait un ferry à destination de Cagliari). L’appartement était au dessus de nos attentes et était très beau, avec une chambre à coucher sur la mezzanine, décorée avec les fresques découvertes lors des rénovations., ce qui contribuait à créer une atmosphère historique! En plus, l’appartement était très facile à utiliser: les deux clims fonctionnent très bien, on a profité de la machine à laver et de sèche-linge sur le balcon. On a beaucoup apprécié la situation de l’appartement à côté des tous les sites à visiter ( on est au cœur du centre historique) et on est proche de la gare centrale de Palerme pour faire des escapades d’une journée. On recommanderait sans aucun doute cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent découvrir une Palerme authentique et profiter de leurs séjour au maximum! Grazie mille per tutti!!! 🥰

AUGuisi is a lovely host who explained how electricity and access works. Washing machine was great with a quick cycle and clothes dried overnight. Water was supplied along with some kitchen staples. Space is large for a couple to relax, kitchen is handy and location is excellent. Having an iron was a bonus as these can be rare these days.Hot water was plentiful for us. It’s a very easy and comfortable place to stay.
There is too much light coming in through windows at night. Eye mask fixes this. At times people could be heard opening doors and security gates but it was just for a short time then stopped. The internal stairs are not appropriate for young children and they are rough on your feet. Not a big deal just wear socks. It’s really a terrific apartment.
