The property was perfectly located, walking distance to everything from museums to restaurants and bars. The terrace was the best part, perfect to watch the sunset and have drinks. The apartment was well equipped, great air conditioning in the bedroom and a powerful shower. Gianni the host was really helpful and attentive.

Great and clean apartment right in the center of Palermo. It’s within walking distance to everything including train and bus station. Gianni welcomed us and was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. I

Air conditioning in bedroom was great. Location was excellent as we wanted to stay in old town. Roof terrace was excellent, and nice table and chairs to sit in, including more comfortable chairs. There is nice tea lights in terrace that auto come on around 7 p.m. which was charming. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal, we had salad, pasta, bruschetta. The apartment is split on 2 levels so you need to be able to walk up / down spiral stairs. The apartment is very central with only a short walk to Lidl supermarket, and also all the vibes of the streets with music, and lots of restaurant choices. The hosts were amazing and catered for any problems (wifi wasn't working, not their fault) and they came round and fixed as soon as they figured out the issue. They also popped round to come tie up the terrace awning, as we were due a storm following day.

The mocha coffee jug was only for one person, so I think this should be replaced with one for 2? There was no toaster or microwave - however, there was a grill for toast and a pot for heating up milk for coffee so we managed just fine.

Lovely balcony, comfortable apartment, decent shower, great location for old town and train station. Be aware there are lots of steep steps up to the apartment though!

Amazing location and the place was very comfortable. The terrazzo was is a special place. Giovanni was also an excellent host, very communicative and very helpful.

It can be quite noisy at night or in the morning, so people with sleep problems may feel uncomfortable at times – there’s a very loud family living next door. However, I think this just adds to the authentic Sicilian atmosphere 😄
